Yeah, this probably isn’t a big surprise.
I don’t even know where to begin. This island was so different from everything that came before it. Astro-Knights took me a WEEK to complete when it first came out. A WEEK. This is the island during which I finally discovered walkthroughs because I could not get through the end for the life of me without them. I think it’s easy in retrospect and with the islands we have now to say it’s not that hard, but that shit was difficult when you didn’t know what you were doing. There’s a reason they had to put in a built-in guide.
This is the poster child for the “epic adventure” island. Nabooti might take you around Africa and Skullduggery might take you across the sea, but Astro-Knights takes you to other planets. AND YOU GET TO STEER THE ROCKET SHIP.
- December 31, 2015. Red Spider Islands. Hello RSPB viewers, so we all (hopefully) know that some of our islands in poptropica were made for members only. And us who do not have membership are angry, so I decided to make a petition to get the islands back. Comment saying “I want to play the islands” and I will pit your screen name below.
- New animations, new games, new islands, new features. But with these shiny, sparkly items came a lurking disaster one that not many of us suspected. In the old Poptropica, everyone got to play the same islands, and members got a few top-quality things, such as a demo after each island to continue the fun.
Time Tangled Island. What's your rank on the Poptropica Wiki? Are you 1st or 2nd or maybe 5th? Im currently ranked #57. 50 behind rough fang. Mystery of the Map Island has been available for all to play for a few weeks now, but somehow not everybody has finished the Island and gotten ranked on our World Champions live map! This cannot stand. Immortality on the map is available to everyone who can complete the quest and earn their Island Medallion.
I also love the entire concept. Robot technology, outer space, and medieval Europe is such a strange combination, but it works so well. The designs for all the knights, the planets, and the Binary Bard are really cool, and the genres blend together seamlessly. My personal favorite design is the robot phoenix thing from the jungle planet.
Merlin is my favorite character on all of Poptropica. I would sacrifice my life for him. Thank goodness he’s repaired in the end or my ass would have shut off my computer and never played again.
Astro-Knights is just a culmination of everything I love about Poptropica: creativity, a sense of adventure, fun, etc. To me, it is unequivocally the best island they have ever done.
Thank you for going on this nostalgic trip with me! I hope you’ve all enjoyed this countdown, and that this year is wonderful for all of you!

A3: Poptropica is an online game, and this blog was made to give people help about Poptropica. In Poptropica you can do quests, customize your character, play head-to-head games with others and more! Visit http://www.poptropica.com to play!
Q4: How do you talk to someone?
A4: To talk to someone, just click on them! If you want to talk to a player, you have to go to a multiplayer room. Select a player to talk to, then click on the word “Chat” above their heads. You will be given 3 possible questions to ask the player. Choose one by clicking on it. Then 3 answers will be available to the other player. Wait for their reply while they consider which option to choose.
Q5: How do you get the jet pack?
A5: Go to the Aircraft Graveyard on Early Poptropica Island (located past the Purple Giant in the sky), then move right and go past the brown aircraft and land on the white and red jet. Now jump off the white and red jet and you should land near, if not on, a yellow table. Sitting on the table should be a silver jetpack, walk over to it to get it! You should now have obtained an item – “Jet Pack”.
Q6: How do you get the Viking suit?
A6: First, go to Time Tangled Island. Get the time device and use it to go to the Vikings’ time. At the Viking area, move right until you see a big ledge on a huge rock. Jump onto the ledge, then jump onto the ledge above the one you are currently standing on. Then jump onto the last big ledge, and move as much as you can to the right of the ledge. Now position your cursor above you, and hold it down to jump up. (It is highly recommended that you wear the Glider when doing this.) As soon as you jump up, quickly position the cursor to the right, so now you are heading up and going to the right side. You should land on a small ledge. Next to you should be another small ledge, with some Viking clothes on it. Hop onto the ledge with the Viking suit and grab the clothes! You should have acquired an item called “Viking Suit”. You can wear this by going to your inventory, selecting the right card, and clicking on the “Put On” button on the bottom of the card. If you didn’t get onto the ledge the first time, don’t worry, it may happen. Just try again until you do!
Q7: How do you get the animal mask?
A7: It’s not an animal mask, actually, but it does look like one. It’s actually an Aztec Warrior mask. To get it, go to Time Tangled Island. Use the time device to go to the Aztecs’ time (the icon of a person in a leaf hat (1519 AD)) Move to the right until you see some tall buildings. Climb up on them. One of the buildings should have an old person. Talk to the old person, and he will give you the mask! You should ave acquired an item called “Warrior Headdress”.
Q8: What island is going to come out after Nabooti Island (Choose Your Own Adventure)?
A8: There will be one called Big Nate, based off of the comic strip Big Nate at Comics.com, and this will be released to Poptropica in early 2009. There will also be a Reality TV/”Survivor” Island and one that seems to have a mechanical-and-medieval theme. The release dates for these 2 islands are not yet known, and the exact names for these islands remain unknown for now, too.
Q9: Is <insert name here> Island real?
Poptropica Islands Ranked
A9: If it isn’t one of the islands that have already been released, or one of the islands that according to http://blog.poptropica.com will be released in the future, then it is probably, and most likely, just a rumor. Refer to the question-and-answer above for information on future islands. However, it is possible that the rumored island may one day be released. But there is also a chance that it may not be – so we will just have to wait and see.
Q10: I saw someone wearing this cool thing in a multiplayer room. How do you get it?
A10: Click on the green shirt on the top right corner, and then click on the person wearing the thing you don’t know how to get but that you want. This will take you to the Costumizer screen with that person. Select what you want to wear, and then click the “Accept” button at the bottom of the Costumizer screen. (Note: Some items may not be Costumizable.)
Q11: How can I contact Poptropica?
A11: The only way currently known is to comment on VladtheViking’s YouTube channel. You might know VladtheViking as a Poptropica Creator on the Creators’ Blog, which is true. However, to comment on his YouTube channel, you must have a YouTube account, and to make one, you must be at least 13 years old. If you have a YouTube account, you can also send private messages to him. However, it is not guaranteed that you will get a response from him. (In fact, it’s very likely he won’t reply, although he might read your comment.) Vlad’s channel is located at: http://youtube.com/user/VladTheViking.
Poptropica Islands Ranked Easiest To Hardest
Q12: Help! I’ve won multiplayer games so many times, but I am still not 5 stars yet!
A12: It is very easy to get the first few battle ranking stars, but once you reach around 4 stars you will notice it takes longer to get a higher ranking, which is why it is so rare to have 5 stars. Some have won over 100 games and are still only 4 stars in rank. We don’t know how long, or how many wins, it takes to get to 5 stars, but if you keep winning more and more games your chances to 5 stars will be bigger and with hard work and skill you may be able to achieve the honorable 5 stars rank. Good luck!
